Justin brings over 20 years of experience with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy and finance for several Fortune 500 companies including Mosaic, Coca-Cola, Outback Steakhouse and Siemens Corp. Justin currently holds two other active board appointments for mid-market companies and will bring his background and experience to support Elites growth as Senior Advisor and Board Chairman.

Justin most recently became interested in volleyball after his daughter grew a love for the sport. Justin is a Florida native and loves practicing volleyball with his daughter in his free time. He holds a Bachelors of Science in International Economics and looks forward to a long future as an advocate for youth sports.
