Academy Player Form

Travel Volleyball is a very competitive sport with many talented players in Florida and globally. That said, Elite Volleyball Prep Academy wishes to create the most opportunity for players of all skill levels to be involved with the sport. Your youth athlete is being offered a position on travel team as an academy player based on our current talent assessment. This gives your youth athlete the opportunity to train at a high-level in a travel team environment despite current uncertainty of long-term positioning on the team. That said, in order to join the team as an academy player, you must agree to the following terms for the youth athlete listed: Terms, conditions and disclosures for Elite Volleyball Prep Academy - Academy Players (1) The youth athlete and you understand that playing time may be limited depending on development. (2) The youth athlete and you understand that there can be no complaints regarding playing time for the full season. (3) The youth athlete and you understand that Academy players may be given options to not travel to certain tournaments. If in attendance, The youth athlete and you understand that playing time may be limited. (4) The youth athlete and you understand that you are committed to the team for the full season and may not leave the team due to lack of playing time.
