That’s what makes it sweeter, when we can overcome those and figure out a way to win. The great teams can do that, and those are the gold medal winning teams
Our story begins with the recognition and desire to build a volleyball club like no other. A club that not only leverages best-in-class coaching, player analytics and leading approaches, but also incorporates leadership and community outreach into our program. We wanted our program to truly create a community feel for our families and provide much-needed character building opportunities for our youth. Our club not only includes great coaches, but also industry leaders and other local leaders on our board of directors.
What else is unique? 100% of our donations and tuition are invested into our players and coaches. We know after meeting our coaches and administration you will quickly notice the difference in our club. We not only play elite volleyball, we develop young leaders of tomorrow.
When we drew up our volleyball club on a whiteboard, we knew that we wanted our club to start with community. The kind of club that doesn’t feel commercial, distant or transactional. The kind of club where families come to gather because they want to be there and develop lasting bonds with teammates, families and coaches.

Our player development program leverages analytics, leading coaching practices, position-based development focus, invitational clinics and more. We pride ourselves developing elite youth athletes. Watching their progression is the most rewarding part of our job.
