Recruiting Coordinator

Julia Hanson

Julia Hanson is a Division I volleyball athlete with 10 years of coaching experience across both beach and indoor. A certified personal trainer specializing in corrective performance, Julia brings a player-development lens to every athlete she works with. Now in her second year with Elite Volleyball, she coordinates the day-to-day of the recruiting program — keeping athletes on track, families informed, and the process moving.

Julia's coaching style is rooted in the philosophy behind her own training practice: real change happens with patience, consistency, and respect for the athlete's foundation.
