The team experience

Indoor Club Volleyball

A full season of training and team competition

Indoor club volleyball gives athletes the opportunity to practice and compete with a dedicated team throughout the season. Players build individual skills while learning rotations, team systems, communication, and how to compete together. Athletes attend tryouts for team placement. Joining a club team means committing to scheduled practices, tournaments, and the travel required for that team. Practices begin in November, with the season’s end determined by each team’s tournament schedule.

Elite offers three club levels:

Skills Classes

Volleyball training without a full team commitment

Skills classes focus on helping athletes improve individually. Players receive instruction and practice through drills and game situations without joining a season-long team or committing to a tournament schedule. Classes are a great starting point for new players and a way for experienced athletes to get extra training. Athletes can attend alongside their school or club season, and classes are open to players from all club affiliations. Options include Beginner Skills, Intermediate and Advanced Skills, and College Prep and Advanced Positional Training.

Mini Club

A shorter season with a real team experience

Mini Club runs from August through October, combining regular practices with tournament play during a shorter fall season. Athletes develop their skills while learning how to play together, understand rotations, and compete in matches. It is a great option for players ready to experience team volleyball or prepare for the full indoor club season. Skills classes focus on individual training. Mini Club adds the experience of practicing and competing with a team.

College Recruiting

Guidance for athletes who want to play after high school

Elite’s separate paid recruiting program helps Elite athletes understand and navigate the college recruiting process. Athletes and families receive guidance based on their goals and selected membership, with support that may include evaluations, film review, communication with college coaches, and recruiting next steps.
